Installation

1. Sign in at nexusplugins.com, open My Licenses and download the latest pkg_nxforms_<version>.zip package. It installs the Joomla package pkg_nxpeasyforms.
2. Install it via System → Install → Extensions.
3. Confirm the component is available under Components → NXForms. Check that the content plugin plg_content_nxpeasyforms and the web services plugin plg_webservices_nxpeasyforms are enabled in System → Manage → Plugins. The web services plugin is required: the Country/State field and the Form API use it.
4. Enable the module mod_nxpeasyforms in Content → Site Modules if you want to embed forms in module positions.
5. Activate your license in Components → NXForms → License so Joomla can deliver updates. See License & Updates.

Requirements

• Joomla 5 or 6
• PHP 8.1 or newer; 8.3 or newer is recommended

Upgrading from NXP Easy Forms

Install the current package over NXP Easy Forms (Free or Pro, up to 1.3.1) the same way, from System → Install → Extensions. Your forms, submissions and settings stay as they are. The old Pro plugin is removed automatically. The old Free update channel ends at 1.3.1, so this first upgrade is a manual upload. After you activate your license, later versions arrive through Joomla's update screen.
