Send leads to Salesforce using the Pro Web-to-Lead integration.

Enable Salesforce

1. Generate a Web-to-Lead form in Salesforce and copy the Organization ID.
2. In NXP Easy Forms, open your form → Settings → Integrations.
3. Enable Salesforce and paste the Organization ID.
4. Map your form fields and save the form.

Test it

• Submit the form and confirm the lead appears in Salesforce.

Free downgrade behavior

If Pro becomes inactive, the saved Salesforce configuration is preserved and shown read-only in Free. New setup and editing require an active Pro license.
