Email Workflows ​

Pro adds two higher-value email controls on top of the normal notification flow: a confirmation email to the submitter, and per-form notification-template styling controls for the admin email.

Confirmation email ​

Use Form Settings → Notifications → Confirmation email to send one transactional email to the person who submitted the form.

You can configure:

  • the Email field that receives the message;
  • subject and body text;
  • sender mode and sender identity;
  • reply-to email address.

The feature is independent of the admin-notification toggle, so you can acknowledge the visitor without emailing yourself, or do both.

Confirmation emails reuse the form's existing email provider configuration. They also support placeholders such as &#123;&#123;form_title&#125;&#125; and &#123;&#123;field:<name>&#125;&#125;.

Notification template controls ​

Use the notification-template controls when the admin-facing email should have form-specific presentation.

Per form, you can override:

  • font stack;
  • accent colour;
  • intro text;
  • footer text;
  • title visibility;
  • metadata visibility.

These controls affect the admin notification email and stay separate from the submitter-facing confirmation email.

Downgrade behavior ​

If Pro becomes inactive, saved configuration is preserved. Confirmation emails stop sending until Pro is active again, while saved template settings remain stored for when the site is re-licensed.
