PDF Downloads

PDF Downloads adds one-click submission exports for admins. Each PDF is generated from the saved submission and uses the same field labels and values you see in the submission preview.

Where it appears

• Submissions list — every row gets a Download PDF action.
• Submission preview — the same PDF action is available after opening a submission.

What the PDF contains

• form title and submission date;
• field/value table;
• configured footer text;
• uploaded-file references where relevant.

Latin Extended and Cyrillic text render out of the box. CJK and Arabic are not supported in the current version.

Branding

Open Components → NXP Easy Forms → Options → PDF to configure:

• Show logo and select a PNG/JPEG image from the site's images/ folder;
• Accent colour;
• Footer text override.

The logo is constrained in the rendered PDF so a large uploaded image cannot break the layout. SVG logos are intentionally excluded for security reasons.

Access control

PDF downloads require admin authorization for com_nxpeasyforms, not just any authenticated Joomla identity.
