Brevo

Add submitters as contacts to a Brevo list.

Enable Brevo

1. Create or locate your Brevo API key. It should start with xkeysib-.
2. In NXP Easy Forms, open your form → Settings → Integrations.
3. Enable Brevo and paste the API key.
4. Save the form, then click Fetch lists.
5. Choose the contact list that should receive new submitters.
6. Map the form's Email field and optionally map first-name and last-name fields.
7. Add optional comma-separated tags if needed, then save.

Tags

Brevo tags are sent as a comma-joined TAGS custom attribute on the contact. Define a TAGS attribute in your Brevo account if you want to read those values back later.

Delivery behavior

Brevo submissions are queued and sent asynchronously, so a slow Brevo response does not keep visitors waiting after they submit the form.

Test it

• Submit the form once.
• Confirm the contact appears in the selected Brevo list with the expected field mappings and tags.
