Slack

Send form submission notifications to a Slack channel.

Enable Slack

1. Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack and choose a channel.
2. Copy the webhook URL.
3. In NXP Easy Forms, open your form → Settings → Integrations.
4. Enable Slack and paste the webhook URL.
5. Save the form.

Test it

• Submit the form once and check the channel for a new message.
