HubSpot ​

Send form submissions to HubSpot from the Pro integration card.

Enable HubSpot ​

  1. Create a HubSpot Private App and copy the access token.
  2. Note your HubSpot Portal ID and Form GUID.
  3. In NXP Easy Forms, open your form → Settings → Integrations.
  4. Enable HubSpot and enter the token, portal ID, and form GUID.
  5. Save the form.

Test it ​

  • Submit the form and verify the contact appears in HubSpot.

Free downgrade behavior ​

If Pro becomes inactive, the saved HubSpot configuration is preserved and shown read-only in Free. New setup and editing require an active Pro license.
