Installation

These steps install NexusConsent Free, the standalone system plugin. For the complete Pro package, use the Pro installation guide.

Requirements

• Joomla 5.x or 6.x.
• PHP 8.1 or newer, subject to your Joomla version's requirements.
• A MySQL-compatible Joomla database.

Install Free

1. Install the plugin via Extensions → Manage → Install.
2. Enable System – NexusConsent in the plugin manager.
3. Open the plugin settings and review the Basic, Appearance, Texts, Patterns, and Advanced tabs.
4. Clear caches and test the banner or modal in a private window.
