Permissions

Assign the required permissions in Users → Groups → Permissions → NXP Easy Creator. At minimum, users need access to create articles.

Batch size: limit how many rows can be created at once.
Validation: enable warnings for missing titles, categories, or language settings.
Presets: allow users to save and reuse common article setups.
Workflow/author controls: expose workflow-state and author assignment options.
Advanced fields: enable image/meta/custom-field mapping in batch rows.
